Registration Form for SoulStudio Workshop
Please fill out the following and I will confirm your registration. If you have not previously attended a SoulStudio workshop I will contact you about details and answer any questions you may have.
The 3 hour SoulStudio workshop is $40. You may send a check to the following address or you may use PayPal to make a secure payment with your credit card. If you have a Paypal account you may also send your payment to diane@innerstandings.com.

Cancellation Policy Once registered you are responsible for payment of the SoulStudio workshop. If you are unable to attend you may have another person take your spot. Please contact me if you would like someone to attend in your place.
