Every once in a while I come across something that is so special and so worth sharing that I want to tell everyone. This is how I feel about SoulCollage. It is a remarkably compelling process that opens up hearts, minds, and spirits. The soul-tending practice of SoulCollage honors one's personal stories, clarifies purpose, promotes healing and growth, nurtures spirit, and propels us to pursue dreams as possibilities!
What is SoulCollage?
SoulCollage® uses the language of images and symbols for self-expression and discovery. Images cut-out from magazines and other printed materials, including old books, are moved around until the right ones are found and glued onto a 8x5 card. Cards are made and used intuitively to answer life's questions and challenges. SoulCollage® will illuminate and deepen your understanding of the relationship between:
Your various personality parts
You and your family/friends/community/world
You and dreams, symbols, and spirit
No art experience is necessary! Both artists and those who do not consider themselves to be artistic are delighted with the SoulCollage process and become quite attached to the cards they make!
SoulStudios
SOULSTUDIOS are monthly SoulCollage workshops for newcomers and those who have attended previous workshops and groups. Each SoulStudio will have a theme and there will be time to experience the rich layers of the SoulCollage process--making and sharing cards, and getting to know them through discussion, readings, and ritual. The monthly format is a nice way to learn about SoulCollage and keep up with making and exploring soul cards. Bring your intuition, sweet tooth (you will be served tea and dessert!), and bunny slippers (optional) for a wonderful evening! brief overview of a SoulStudio workshop
