ABOUT DIANE

CONTACT

People begin therapy for a variety of reasons: to reduce troubling symptoms of anxiety, depression, or other clinical issues, have support with a personal struggle or loss, wanting assistence with parenting challenges, wishing to improve one's relationships, or simply having a general sense of wanting to live a more satisfying life but not sure how to get there. In our fast-paced world therapy can be the place to slow down, resolve troubling issues, reconnect with what is most important, and live more fully.

I offer an intial 30 minute consultation at no charge for those who wish to meet me, ask questions, and hear about my approach to working with people. One meeting will help you to clarify what you are wanting to change or gain and how we might get there together.
